A landlord in Aba used the Gutter as his Soak away pit.

This is 147 Ikot Ekpene Road by Azuka junction Ogborhill Aba where a road user observed that the owner of the building instead of constructing a soak-away he rather channelled the waste pipe to the gutters their by causing offensive odour and environmental pollution to the people!
